Quality fans are our specialty.
Unless specifically stated in the fan description, ALL of our fans and products are NEW.
Some may be described as "New, Old Stock", meaning they have been on a shelf somewhere for an extended time, never sold.
We rarely offer items that are "used" or "pulled from working systems".
When we do offer these items, they will be specifically described as being so and they will have been fully tested and will be priced accordingly.
When the description indicates that an item is "Refurbished", it means that it has been cleaned, tested and certified to perform as good as a new fan.
With regard to our LAPTOP and Notebook fans, most are Refurbished or REMANUFACTURED.
"Remanufactured" means we have actually disassembled the unit and installed or reworked the assembly with NEW parts or components, to bring the unit back to the same level of performance as a NEW item.
We offer individual and specific guarantees and warranty periods for Remanufactured items.
If we do not have a particular make or model listed here on our website, we might have it in our unlisted stock.

OPTIONAL CONNECTORS
We offer three types of connectors as options for most of our DC fans.
Large orders of 10 pieces or more are subject to shipping delays due to the time needed to complete custom termination.
If you have specific time sensitive needs for custom termination, we will work with you to try and meet your schedule.
